The snack machine mod. HYDRO-SNACKS is capable of producing healthy, non-fried popped products.
The wide variety of chips which can be produced using popping technology are made from extruded semi-finished micropellets, which are expanded and then flavoured.
The HYDRO-SNACKS can process gelatinized micropellets such as cereals (rice, wheat, corn) pulses (peas, lentils, beans, chickpeas), potato, grits and rice, either alone or as part of various customer –specific recipes.
The HYDRO-SNACKS creates crispy, healthy and non fried products, ideal for any occasion, to be shared with friends or to be tasted as a delicious snack.
