ENGI TECHNOLOGIES Srl, which production headquarter is in Volpiano, near Turin, Italy, represents excellence in the field of puffed cake and popped chips machines manufacturing. Founded by Gianni Ensini, an high-profile technician with more than 40 years of experience in the field, who had been able to lead the development of a wide range of projects for clients from all over the world.
In 2019, Davide Ensini joined the company as an administrator, bringing new blood and vision to the team.

Specialized in the design and construction of machines and plants for the food industry, ENGI TECHNOLOGIES Srl offers solutions such as machines for the production of rice cakes and snacks, flavoring lines, conveyor belts and mixers for raw material preparation.

Thanks to the gained experience and to the continuous technological innovation, ENGI TECHNOLOGIES Srl emerged as a quality and reliability reference point about his products internationally.

Year of the fundation
Gianni Ensini designed the first model of rice cake machine: XP-CAKE 6

2014

Beginning of production
Released on the market the hydraulic and pneumatic puffed cake machines.

2015

New headquarter
The company moved to the new headquarter in Corso Europa, Volpiano (TO)

2017

First exhibition
ENGI TECHNOLOGIES becomes S.r.l. and attends the “Sweet & SnackTec” exhibition in Mumbai, India.

2018

Hydro-Snack presentation
At the “Ipack-Ima” exhibition in Milan had been presented the new HYDRO-SNACK machine, revolutionary for the industrial production of non fried snacks.

2019

Davide Ensini joins ENGI TECHNOLOGIES S.r.l.
Davide Ensini, son of the founder Gianni Ensini, becomes CEO. Following the fathers' teachings brings many innovative proposals, useful for the development of the engineering of the puffed cake and popped chips machines.

2020

Snack-Tron presentation
The first electric new generation “Green” machine is presented, it is orientated to the non fried popped chips production.

2023

The company buys a new production plant
The new headquarter is in via Torino, 92/a in Volpiano (TO)
